Comet Wings



In my opinion, these are the best wings in town. Now, if only I had the recipe for that horseradish/creme fraiche dip.

hey - this is super exciting. have you tried actually making these? what is pomace and what are hotel pans... and how do you tell if the wings are half way cooked? not sure if you have answers to these questions, but re-producing these wings is worth a shot...thanks!
